Qigong foundation class. 7am to 9am.

As we cover the same stuff daily with adjustments given as students progress over time we welcome drop in for people to try this before committing to serious study.

This class is required for Tai Chi students as the Tai Chi foundation class follows this class and the price is included in the package.

This class is included in health recovery programs.

Tai Chi Foundation class 9.30am to 11am.

Tai Chi is very complex and requires serious commitment to learn as it is not as easy as it looks. Many changes to the body are needed as well as cultivation and mastery of Chi. This takes time, patience and dedication. We offer a very detailed and professional course that is paced to each person in the class. For this reason our classes are very small so everyone gets attention.

A good insight into Tai Chi can be gained in a month with a good basic grasp of practices and principles, however, this is just a taste. For some people with good physical aptitude and no health problems swift progress can be made. For the rest of us more time is needed. Three months is generally long enough for most to go home with good solid basics and starter forms. Feeling amazing too by the way.

Wellness and health recovery activities.

Afternoons and evenings are reserved for participants of this program. We offer a range of activities ranging from gym training, saunas, cycling in nature, walks and meditation in beautiful natural places.
